Shipping
Our standard shipping methods are UPS* (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Optional shipping methods may be employed to provide you with the quickest delivery at the lowest cost.
Check that your "ship to" address is complete and accurate, including any suite, apartment, or floor numbers. Orders that are returned due to erroneous addresses are not eligible for a refund.
International Orders
For all of our Dedicated Dealers, Sofari Collections offers international delivery. Unless our Dealer requests an alternative shipping option, all overseas orders are dispatched by USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or First Class Mail (under 4lbs. transit times vary by destination). All tracking information and charges will be supplied via an emailed invoice once the shipment has been shipped, as per our policy. Please note that the Client/Dealer is responsible for any and all customs taxes.
Processing
Although usual processing time is approximately 1-3 business days, your item will be dispatched out the next business day after it is submitted in most circumstances. After an order is processed, standard shipping dates are 1-6 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends or holidays. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Processing and shipping is Monday through Friday, we do not ship and/or process orders over the weekend.
