Termination/access restriction

Sofari Collections maintains the right, at any time and without notice, to terminate your access to the Site and connected services, or any part thereof.

As a result of this agreement or your use of the Site, you agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Sofari Collections. Nothing in this agreement limits Sofari Collections right to comply with governmental, judicial, and law enforcement requests or requirements pertaining to your use of the Site or information given to or collected by Sofari Collections with relation to such use. If any part of this agreement, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, is found to be illegal or unenforceable under applicable law The invalid or unenforceable section will be replaced by a legitimate, enforceable provision that most nearly fits the original provision's intent, and the rest of the agreement will remain in effect.

Unless otherwise stated, this agreement contains the entire agreement between the user and Sofari Collections with respect to the Site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Sofari Collections with respect to the Site. In judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to this agreement, a printed version of this agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. The parties expressly agree that this agreement, as well as all connected papers, be written in English.
